Electric Motor Power 3
This program uses two sliders for input and one for
output. When a slider is selected a mouse or the cursor keys and the page keys
can be used to change the value. The keys can be more accurate than the mouse.
The tab key will move between fields.
Drag the motor speed slider to the RPMs the unloaded
motor spins at 12 volts. There are four ranges to select from up to 240,000
RPM.
Set the torque slider to the maximum force the motor
produces at 12 volts. The range is from 0 to 640 g/cm. Use the combo box below
the trackbar to select a unit of measure.
The power output, in watts, will be displayed in the
third column.
